When is the reward issued?＋
Your £10 credit is added to your account within 48 hours of your friend completing their first paid clean. We'll email you as soon as it's ready to use on your next booking.
How many referrals can I make?＋
As many as you like — but one £10 reward is issued per successful referral (i.e. per new customer who books and completes a clean).
Does my friend need to be a new customer?＋
Yes. The referral scheme is for new customers only. If they've booked with Birmingham Cleaning Crew before, the referral won't qualify for a reward.
Can I exchange the discount for cash?＋
No. Rewards are credit-only and can only be used against a future clean with us. They have no cash value and can't be transferred or refunded.
How is the discount applied?＋
It's automatically deducted from the total on your next booking. There's no code to remember — we'll take care of it for you.
