To provide our cleaning services we collect: your name, contact details (email, phone), property address, access notes, booking history and payment details. If you contact us we keep a record of our correspondence.

We use your data to schedule and deliver cleans, manage payments, send service updates, and improve our service. Where you've agreed, we may email occasional offers — you can unsubscribe at any time.

We share limited details (name, address, access notes) with the cleaner assigned to your property. We use trusted processors for payments and email delivery. We never sell your data.

We keep booking records for 6 years to meet HMRC requirements. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.
